Chris Benischek, a graduate of Notre Dame Law School in 1994, has been practicing law since 1994. He has represented corporations and individuals before immigration tribunals, state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Chris Benischek is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Colorado. Although based in New York, as immigration law is a federal matter, Mr. Benischek may represent clients on cases that will not be filed in New York. He regularly takes on representations for clients in other States or abroad, and is comfortable with long-distance representation via the Internet. We represent clients here in the United States, and at U.S. consulates or embassies in Europe and Mexico.
